You don’t have to be an artist to be involved in this outreach program. This is an all church activity. If you would like to help in some way, please pick up Volunteer Sign Up form at Welcome Center.

“Mosaic”, conducted by the Arts Ministry of Church of the Saviour, highlights all the arts, including music, drama, writing, photography, dance, digital art, multi media. Its a wonderful intermingled tour of sights and sounds for the senses.
   This year we are focusing more on the relationship between art and the church. We want to bring awareness to the necessity of the two together, break down the walls and realizing neither can do the other’s work - in hopes “the artist feels more the need which art can never fill; and the church feels the need that only art alone can fill.”

Ending the evening with
“GET BACK”
a 60’s band - specializing
in Beatle
music.

“In the long ago art rendered religion and incalculable service. From the Edict of Milan to the Reformation, the church was the patron saint of art. In the days when the populace was for the most part illiterate, the sacred story of the Christian religion was told in the universal language of the painter and sculptor.     And along with the hands-on activities for adult and child that evening, we are planning selected workshops during the day before the evening events start. Info and registration.
   Our wonderful artist impersonators, Van Gogh, Bach, Michelangelo, Mone, and of course, DaVinci, will be back to visit again. And the Prayer Station will be in full operation.
  New this year will be the addition of a top local band to end the evening with.

 So come on out and enjoy
all the arts, music, and drama
one night can hold. You
may even become an
artist yourself.
